FAQ's

1. Question: Can I change colors once the 60 days are over on single, dual and tri? 

Answer: To make any changes in the future, upgrading to the next unlock level would be the recommendation. This will give the user 60 extra days and an additional color to each light module. If the product is unlocked to Quad then they’ll have unlimited access to changing color and input functions as they please. 

2. Question:  Once I pick a color, am I locked with the colors forever? Can I change colors if I'm buying used?

Answer: If the product is a second hand purchase past the 60 days after configuration and the new owner wishes to make changes on color and input function, we recommend upgrading to the next tier level. If product is already unlocked to Quad, the customer can program and reconfigure anytime as many times as needed.

3. Question: Why am I buying a product with functions and features I can't use?

Answer: You only pay for what you need. If you would only like single-color, then you will only pay for a single-color per module configuration with the same pricing as the Fusion-S product line. Quad pricing matches the 4-color capabilities of the Quantum and dual and tri are set at industry standard pricing with more flexibility and control than ever before.

4. Question: How much do I pay for the software?

Answer: The Unlock Quantum software is free to configure your product. If you choose to upgrade your product to dual, tri or quad colors, then you will be charged a minimal fee to upgrade.

5. Question: When are you coming out with green lights?

Answer: Feniex has no current plans to integrate green into the Quantum series. Check out the Feniex Fusion series for a wide variety of green products. Feniex loves Green!

6. Question: Can the Quad Converter work with the mini lightbars?

Answer: The Quad Converter works with every Quantum product with exception of the mini lightbars. The mini lightbars (14", 18" and 27") use a cigarette plug with 4 possible modes.

7. Question: Can I program if I'm not a dealer? Are customers allowed to purchase, program and configure?

Answer: Yes, you can download our free software, Unlock Quantum, to configure your product. (Include URL)  If you choose to upgrade your product to dual, tri or quad, you will need to speak with a certified Feniex dealer or call Feniex Industries directly.  

8. Question: Are there any quantity/bulk discounts?

Answer: If you are a dealer, call your sales rep and inquire about the Feniex Blanket Order program for yearly scheduled stocking orders at additional discounts depending on the dealer level.

9. Question: Are you coming out with Quantum single modules too?

Answer: No. We are currently selling our Fusion-S  Surface Mounts and Quad series surface mounts (Include URL)  in single-module.

10. Question: How do I sell Quantum on Amazon?

Answer: Any dealer wishing to sell in Amazon must look at the product listings and send their inventory. We are currently working on uploading all listings and will notify the amazon sellers once complete and available. Listings will be available for single, dual , tri and quad versions of quantum.
