Ordering as a Feniex Dealer F.A.Q.

How do I place a blanket order with monthly deliveries?

Please contact our CRO, Ariana Carruth ariana.c@feniex.com  and inquire about the Feniex Blanket Order Program. Volume discounts are negotiated for the year depending on dealer level and monthly deliveries scheduled ahead of time with a 3 month lock. Additions and adjustments allowed with proper notification provided total yearly volume is met or exceeded.

How long will it take to process my order?

It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email once your order is placed online and another email with a sales order confirmation the order 48 hours biz days after submission. The sales order will list the projected ship date based on current lead times. If an expedite is needed, please contact us for options by calling our support line  1-800-615-8350 or email us at orders@feniex.com.

What's MAP Pricing?

MAP pricing is the Minimum Advertised Pricing. Dealer agrees that it will not publish in any advertisement or other form of media, including but not limited to catalogs, mailers, promotional fliers, or Internet or web sites, a price for a Feniex product that is under the MAP Price. The MAP Policy does not prevent the Dealer from selling a Feniex product at any price it chooses. The MAP Policy applies only to published prices in any form of media. It does not prevent the Dealer from submitting a bid for the sale of a Feniex product, at a price lower than it could advertise the product under the MAP Policy. Failure to comply with this MAP Policy shall result in termination from the Dealer program.
